Those who wish to access this site from other locations or countries can do so on their own initiative. Daily North is not responsible for supply of goods or refunds for goods ordered from locations/countries other than India, or for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.

Shipping & Handling Charges
Please note that shipping and handling charges are excluded from the price quoted for any product, item, or material when shipped within India.

Shipping Information
Products, items, and materials once ordered are manufactured with loving care and will be ready to ship to you within 15 working days. You can expect to receive your Daily North products within approximately 15 days of placing an order.

Please note that items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day, and
occasionally items may be temporarily out of stock or backordered. You will be alerted in
either instance and provided an approximate date of shipment. Any shipping delays will be communicated to you at the time of your order. Should any other unforeseen delay occur, you will be notified.

Online Payment
All payments must be made via the Daily North approved payment gateway on the website only.

Payments made to any other payment link or via cash are not the responsibility of Daily North and will not be considered a valid order.

Cancellation & Refund
Dailynorth Wellness OPC Pvt Ltd reserves the right to cancel any order without explanation, under situations where Daily North is unable to meet the requirement of the order placed, where the order does not comply with Daily North policy, or for any other reason.

Orders once placed on our website cannot be cancelled by the buyer, unless the order has not yet been processed.

Cancellations will be accepted only if your order has not been processed from our end.
Refunds will be processed through the same online payment mode within 30 working days.

Returns & Exchanges
All Daily North products are guaranteed for quality. Should there be the rare chance that you receive a damaged item, material, or product upon delivery, we will be happy to take it back, replace, repair, or alter it only if the same is communicated within 24 hours by writing to us at info@dailynorth.in with adequate supporting evidence.

If Dailynorth Wellness OPC Pvt Ltd, at its sole discretion, agrees to take back, replace, repair, or alter the product, the shipping cost for such return and exchange shall be borne and paid by the buyer.

Any product, item, or material purchased during a sale, promotion, or at a discounted price shall not be eligible for return under any circumstances, and no refund shall be issued.

Exchanging products is not possible.

We reserve our right to reject any return or refund request without providing any reason whatsoever.

By using this platform or by sending emails, data, or any communication to us, you agree and are aware that you are communicating with us through electronic medium, and thereby consent to receive communications via electronic medium from us periodically or as and when required. We may communicate with you by email or by such other mode of communication, electronic or otherwise.
